NINGBO KINGLI FASTENER Co., Ltd (KLF) is a renowned manufacturer with decades of experience in custom manufacturing stud bolts, headed bolts, construction fasteners, and specialty fasteners. Our products play a critical role in the construction and maintenance of various infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, power generation plants, and oil and gas facilities both domestically and internationally.
With our state of the area 18, 000 square meter facility spanning over 20 acres, we have the capability to produce high-quality fasteners and specialized parts. Currently, KLF specializes in cold/hot forging bolts ranging from 1/2" to 3" in diameter and nuts from 1/2" to 4". Our extensive manufacturing capabilities allow us to meet the demands for standard fasteners as well as customized specialty and non-standard products.
As an ISO9001: 2015 certified manufacturer of fasteners, machined components and associated products, we also hold certifications including API 20E-0066 BSL2 certification for oilfield equipment manufacturers according to American Petroleum Institute standards; PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) certification under European Union directive PED2014/68/EU; AD2000 Merkblatt W0 certification for pressure vessels used in Germany; 0343/CPR and etc.
These certifications ensure that all our items are manufactured strictly adhering to industry standards or client-specific requirements. We comply with recognized international standards such as ASTM, ANSI, DIN, ISO, AS, GB, EN among others.
